Counting macros is not for everyone. There is a steep learning curve in the beginning and the strategies of following macros don’t come naturally to everyone. The best diet is the one that works best for YOU and your lifestyle. I happen to prefer this style of dieting while trying to lose at while breastfeeding, so it is the method I most often coach to.
