Since 2013, Fitness Forward Nutrition has provided nutrition programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. We work with each client to custom design a weight loss plan that reflects their short and long-term goals.
We do not believe in cookie-cutter, one-size-fits all approaches to weight loss. Every individual is facing their own unique circumstances regarding their inability to lose weight and everyone has a distinct history with their past relationship with food and exercise. We limit the number of clients I take on at once in order to provide an absolutely individualized and personal experience.
While we coach people of all genders and backgrounds, the majority of our clients are busy moms who are fighting against sleeplessness, busy schedules, hormonal fluctuations, stress, sickness, their own postpartum recovery, lactation, work demands, family demands, unpredictable events regarding their babies, and just the general adjustment that comes with having a new baby. We understand and are sympathetic to all of this, because we have been there and have experienced all of it. While every postpartum journey is unique, they all carry similar challenges:

Our founder, Kristina, has been involved in the health and fitness industry since working in the weight and cardio rooms of UC Berkeley's recreation center nearly 20 years ago (yikes!) as a student in college. In the corporate world, she served as her Fortune 500 Company's regional Health & Wellness Ambassador, running several fitness and nutrition programs for thousands of employees. Now as a mom of three young boys, she has applied her skill set and firsthand knowledge to curate the Fit Forward Mom's Milk Made Macros methodology for sustainable weightloss while postpartum and breastfeeding. Her years of education, dedication to continuing education, multiple levels of certification, and anecdotal experience built after working with over 800 individuals in the past several years have all contributed to the success of her programs. Juliette, a mom of two young boys and a PCOS champion, joined Fit Forward Mom in 2018. With a background in business management, she brings a unique process optimization approach to sharing her abundance of knowledge and strong coaching skill set to our team. Volunteering her time to various outreach and support groups for new and expecting parents during the past decade, she has built a strong foundation in peer-to-peer support for hormonal imbalance disorders, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
