I have years of education, multiple levels of certification, have worked with 100s of individuals in the past several years, and am constantly staying up to date on my credentials through continuing education courses, purchasing rights to current research publications on the science of weight loss, and working with consultants that specialize in areas of kinesiology, physical therapy, exercise physiology, and naturopathy to ensure that the programs that I develope are safe, sound, effective, and healthy.


I do not believe in cookie-cutter, one-size-fits all approaches to weight loss.  Every individual is facing their own unique circumstances regarding their inability to lose weight and every one has a distinct history with their past relationship with food and exercise. I limit the number of clients I take on at once in order to provide an absolutely individualized and personal experience.


While I coach people of all genders and backgrounds, the majority of my clients are busy moms who are fighting against sleeplessness, busy schedules, hormonal fluctuations, stress, sickness, their own postpartum recovery, lactation, work demands, family demands, unpredictable events regarding their babies, and just the general adjustment that comes with having a new baby.  I understand and am sympathetic to all of this, because I have been there and have experienced all of it.  With this in mind, I structure your nutrition and weight loss plan to fit the demands of your life and not the other way around.


The last thing you need is a strict meal plan, diet pill, detox plan, or shake/liquid diet. Restrictive meal plans allow for zero flexibility in handling the day-to-day surprises that can take place, nor does it give you the tools you need to continue on your health journey independently.  However, meal plan design options are available for those who request it and who have a lifestyle that can support it.


I have developed a range of services to fit the specific needs of my clients, whether male or female, from experienced to novice, and from postpartum to never having had children - each program is as unique as you are.


Online weight loss consulting is a relatively new concept, but  I have been involved in health and fitness industry since working as a weight room staff member during college at UC Berkeley over 15 years ago (yikes!). In the corporate world, I served as my Fortune 500 Company's regional Health & Wellness Ambassador, running several fitness and nutrition programs for hundreds of employees. I've carried this passion over into my daily life and have devoted thousands of hours and thousands of dollars into continued education through UC San Diego, Precision Nutrition, and other accredited certification programs.

All of the Fitness Forward Nutrition programs have been exclusively created to help educate, support & guide clients achieve healthy weight loss through evidence-based strategies that take into consideration all of your unique and individual needs.


Believe it or not, there is no one-size-fits-all diet program. And for that reason, I custom create each program to meet the demands of your life - whether it be weight loss and lactation strategies while breastfeeding, managing your nutrition while working full time and having young kids, stalled weight loss due to metabolic adaptation ("metabolic damage"), food intolerances, and/or unwanted weight gain from hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, or PCOS - I have the training and experience in managing them all.

Baby in Mother's Arms

This service was specifically created to provide support to postpartum moms during that amazing, but sensitive, period after the first six weeks after childbirth and the years beyond. This support package provides you with individualized guidance to help you navigate through the early months of adjusting to your new life, new schedule, new body, and new baby! Starting after you have received clearance from your medical provider to begin exercising again, this program will include ongoing nutritional assessments, as well as a specific macronutrient plan that will help bring more structure and consistency to your eating habits and food choices. 

A 12-week initial commitment is required.


Yoga Stretches

Metabolic Damage, Reverse Dieting, and 
PCOS & Hypothyroid Weight Management

This program is designed for all women, regardless of their current stage in life.  Whether you have never dieted, have battled a lifetime of dieting, looking to build muscle, suffer from “metabolic damage”, are recovering from injury, have an endocrine issue, or have a specific event for which you would like to lose weight, this program will give you the right support you need to establish proper goals, manage your caloric intake, demand accountability, and ensure weight loss success. I will personally guide and support you through the common challenges experienced when it comes to letting go of fad trends, misinformation, bad habits, starvation diets, excessive cardio, managing hormonal issues (PCOS, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, etc.), negative associations with food and “clean eating”, binge behaviors, and more. 

A 12-week initial commitment is required.

This program is avaiable as an add-on to any of the above programs or as an individual service and is designed for anyone that is looking to get the fastest results possible, whether they are to lose fat or to gain muscle, and who has the commitment, time, and dedication to putting in the work to achieve your goals. 

You must be willing to be 100% compliant in working towards those results. 

A flexible and personalized meal plan covering four weeks will be delivered to you and will be custom tailored to your food preferences, lifestyle, activity level, specialized diet preference (Vegetarian/Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free, Slow Carb, Intermittent Fasting, etc.) and nutrition goals.  Meals and recipes will be generated using a specific list of grocery items, and it will be your responsibility to prepare those food items and comply with the outline of the meal plan.

Fit Bump

No matter your current health or fitness level, practicing good self-care through all stages of motherhood - from TTC, the three trimesters of pregnancy, and postpartum - affects your baby.

My stage-specific workout programs were designed by a group of doctors, kinesiologists, exercise physiologists, OBGYNs, registered dieticians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, pre-post-natal fitness instructors, and naturopaths - whom are also all mothers.

These programs will help you prepare your body for pregnancy, stay strong through the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy, and recover from the demands of pregnancy and childbirth (pelvic floor, diastasis recti, incontinence, and painful joints).

Workout programs are offered by trimester or at 4 week intervals (if not pregnant).
